CL50 BOLT ON MINI ANALYSER
Add Surface Science to a 2 3/4 inch port on your chamber
The new bolt on CL50 hemispherical analyser is a 50mm radius hemispherical analyser with new state of the art input lens and full mu metal screening.

The new mini analyser has all of the design features of the larger high performance CLASS range of analysers including the new high transmission lens and full interlocking mumetal screening but only requires a 2 3/4 inch (70 mm) OD mounting flange. This enables mounting on a wide variety of chambers and systems.

This analyser can be driven by existing CLASS analyser set ups. So if you already have a CLASS analyser then you can add surface science to a further chamber and share the electronics between them.

A differential pumping port is fitted as standard which can be blanked off where chamber pumping is adequate or may be utilised where chamber pressure is not UHV.

When used on an 8 inch or 10 inch OD cluster flange a VSW TA10 X ray source AND a cleaning ion source can be mounted all on the same flange.
