The company group consists of Vacutec AB (Malmo, Sweden), Atomtech, VSW and Oxford Applied Research Ltd.(UK). The four companies cover a wide range of vacuum components, instrumentation and systems for the semiconductor, electron microscopy and surface science industries. Vacutec, Atomtech, VSW and Oxford Applied Research have all gained individual international acceptance for high quality systems and innovative product design.
