Atom Tech Ltd was established in 1991 to continue the business of Ion Tech Ltd and became a leading manufacturer of sputtering equipment and SEM/TEM sample preparation equipment.

Atom Tech have over 200 systems installed including ion and atom sources, magnetron sputtering sources and electron microscope specimen preparation systems. Atom Tech is part of the international VACUTEC group.
