	About Us VSW manufacture a wide range of scientific instruments for surface science (XPS, MONO-XPS, AES, UPS, EELS, ISS, ARIES etc.) and UHV applications. VSW was initially established in 1972 and is now part of the international VACUTEC group. UK manufacturing sites are in Cheshire with an international network of agents, representatives and service facilities.
